Urban Garden Tour

Our Urban Garden Tour is on schedule for August 26th.  3 properties will be available for viewing.  All are so different, inspiring and interesting.  We have a home garden with fruit trees, veggies, bees and a chicken!  So much in such a small space.  The second is an Hawaiian medicinal garden.  La’au Lapa’au plants for healing and health.  Fruits, kalo, herbs and many trees with varied uses.   The third stop is the UH Energy House with gardens from around the world. All locations have easy parking, though limited handicapped accessibility.  All in Manoa and $5 registration gets you into all three.  We will have a donation bowl at at least one location.  A $10 tax deductible donation to Malama Manoa gets you a lovely canvas tote bag.
